Repairs that hold up to this coast.
Concrete, waterproofing, garages, exteriors, and coatings for occupied condo, HOA, and commercial properties. One team, one contract, one finished system.
Building problems don't stop at one trade.
Water gets behind a failed sealant joint and rots out the slab edge. A chalked coating lets moisture into the stucco, and the stucco lets it into the rebar. By the time you see the stain, the problem has been working for years.
That's why we don't sell single trades. Demo, concrete repair, waterproofing, coatings, and paint get sequenced as one job, in the order that makes the finished system last. One crew to schedule, one contract to manage, one team accountable for the result.
Concrete Restoration
Spalling concrete and exposed rebar don't get better on their own. We chip out the failed material, clean and treat the steel, and pour back to the engineer's spec, on balconies, columns, beams, and slab edges.
- Structural concrete repair
- Spall and delamination repair
- Rebar cleaning and treatment
- Balcony restoration
- Forming, pouring, and finishing
- Engineer-specified repairs
Waterproofing
A leak rarely shows up where it starts. We trace water to its entry point and seal the building envelope there: deck membranes, sealant joints, wall coatings, and the transitions between them.
- Balcony and deck membranes
- Building envelope repairs
- Joint sealant replacement
- Elastomeric wall coatings
- Transition and termination detailing
- Surface preparation
Parking Garage Restoration
Garages take water, salt, and traffic every single day. We repair the deck, detail the joints, and install traffic-bearing systems, phased bay by bay so residents keep parking while we work.
- Traffic coating systems
- Concrete deck repairs
- Expansion joint replacement
- Crack routing and sealing
- Waterproof deck systems
- Phased occupied-garage work
Exterior Building Repairs
Paint over bad stucco and you've bought the same problem twice. We repair the substrate first: stucco, cracks, and facade damage, with lift and swing-stage access coordinated around the property.
- Stucco repair and restoration
- Exterior wall repairs
- Crack routing and sealing
- Pressure cleaning and prep
- Lift and access coordination
- Facade restoration
Painting & Protective Coatings
On this coast, paint is a protective system, not a color choice. We prep the surface properly and apply coatings specified for salt, UV, and wind-driven rain, over repairs done right.
- Exterior coating systems
- Commercial painting
- Condo common areas
- Protective and elastomeric coatings
- Surface preparation
- Color and scope coordination
How we keep occupied properties moving.
The repair is half the job. Access, sequencing, and communication are the other half, and they're usually what separates a smooth project from a nightmare.
Review the scope
Drawings, specs, site conditions, access limits, and known damage get studied before anyone mobilizes.
Plan the site
Staging, parking, resident notices, safe access, and phasing get set with management before day one.
Run the work
Field leadership tracks workmanship, schedule, open conditions, and trade coordination daily.
Close it out
Punch list, documentation, cleanup, and turnover. The property gets its building back, finished.
Serving South Florida and the Treasure Coast.
Condo, HOA, and commercial properties across the region.
Not sure which repair you need? That's our job.
Send photos, an engineer's report, or just a description of the problem. We'll tell you what's failing and what it takes to fix it.
Common questions.
Can several repair scopes run under one project?
Yes, and they should. Concrete, waterproofing, stucco, coatings, and paint depend on each other. Sequencing them under one plan is how the finished work lasts.
Do you work from engineer-prepared plans and specs?
Yes. We bid engineer-specified work, coordinate field questions and uncovered conditions with the engineer, and close out with proper documentation.
Can the building stay occupied during the work?
Most projects run in phases with the building occupied. The plan covers access, noise windows, parking, staging, and resident communication before work starts.
Do you take on smaller repairs?
Depends on location, access, and scope. Send what you know about the property and we'll give you a straight answer about whether it's a fit.
What should we send for a first look?
Property address, photos, known conditions, any engineer's report or bid documents, and your target timeline. More is better, but don't wait until it's perfect.
What areas do you serve?
Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and the Treasure Coast.
